Perry Guest Co was founded in 1976 as a residential brokerage firm, by Perry Guest. Capitalizing on his residential success, PGC began buying and remolding homes in the Park Cities area in the early 80’s. As a pioneer in Uptown, Perry Guest was one of the first multi-family owner/operators in the area before expanding to the Oak Lawn neighborhood.  A highly successful apartment remodeling business in the 1990’s paved the way for the current Perry Guest Co model of brokerage, multi-family redevelopment, property management and ownership. Perry Guest Co continues to operate as a family owned business within their area of expertise, Dallas, TX.
